Chic in NY: Chance Pop Up Shop

Julia Leach has already created a cult classic with her line Chance and its chic website.  Now she has expanded to a new pop up shop where you can experience the brand in person.  From May through June, you can pick up everything you need for a relaxing summer including soft striped tees, espadrilles, snacks, and even a bag in which to pack it all. I have a feeling that this is just the beginning.  Julia has mentioned wanting to expand into cashmere and sweaters and even a hotel.  If it's anything like the pop up shop, I'll be making the first reservation! Take a Chance

As I mentioned, I'm going on a cruise soon.  Details to come shortly but in the meantime, all I can think about is anything red, white and blue or nautical.  I've already bought one striped shirt and I think I will be buying some more from Chance soon.  Not only does Julia Leach have the best selection of shirts and dresses but she has the chicest website.  She spent eleven years as the creative director of Kate Spade so I guess I shouldn't have expected anything less.  I am absolutely in love with these images from her portrait series.  I'm going to have to figure out how to get invited to the next one.  Looks like it was a blast!
